Born and raised in Gig Harbor, her family came to the area as homesteaders in the late 1800s. In carrying forward the family legacy and the diligent, fair, honest and forthright guidance that her father, who founded Sky Realty, had been recognized for, Julia began her real estate career by his side. Later she would go on to become an agent with Windermere, and eventually RE/MAX. Highly accomplished, she is now, together with her husband, Michael, owners of The Runyan Group - RE/MAX Exclusive. As the broker of RE/MAX Exclusive, Julia is cultivating a team of real estate agents committed to providing the most comprehensive and distinguished real estate services within the communities of the Greater South Puget Sound region.
