For the past 17 years, Heidi Dyer has been a top-producing Realtor in Idaho, California and Washington. While working with one of the high-end international realty firms earlier this year, Heidi came to an important realization—it was time for her to take the next step and branch out. And in April 2020, she opened NW Elite Home Brokers in Tacoma’s historic Antique Row. Her goal? To train, mentor and work with only the best in the businesses, while holding her team to the highest possible ethical and industry standards.

Heidi was raised in Puyallup, Washington. She spent years in the hospitality business, first working for Horizon airlines at SeaTac and then spending seven years working on Holland America Cruise Lines sailing the world, which allotted her the opportunity to tour homes and cultural sites wherever and whenever she could. “Hospitality and travel gave me the wonderful opportunity to hone my people skills and to understand how to work with people from all different walks of life. Combining this love of service and people with my love of architecture and homes was a match made in heaven.”
After time spent living in California and Idaho, Heidi found herself navigating her way back home to her beloved Washington. “I will never leave again! My heart and soul are here.” Heidi has built a close-knit team at NW Elite Home Brokers that thrives on the personal connections they build with their clients. On any given day, they wear multiple hats—counselor, friend, advisor, negotiator, firefighter, advocate and more—as they help their clients through the process of home buying and selling. And at the end of the day, Heidi says there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smile on a client’s face when handing them the keys to their new home, or watching a seller hand the keys over to a buyer, as they move on to their next adventure. “It’s a complicated and very emotional process for people, with a lot of ups and downs. Navigating through all of that to a successful ending is the most gratifying thing!”
When it comes to what Heidi believes has led to the success in her career and now NW Elite Home Brokers, she firmly believes honor, integrity and customer service paired with knowledge and experience each play a crucial role in every transaction made. She is honored to be able to serve clients right here in Western Washington and the beautiful Puget Sound.
“I love the growth that is happening in our area,” says Heidi. “I am a huge advocate for supporting our small business owners and love to network and find many friendships with like-minded business owners in the community.”
Heidi believes in supporting her local community, so she and her team are actively involved in giving back. “We love to be involved in charitable giving, community events, and give back to our veterans and community heroes,” shares Heidi. She and her team are involved in veterans’ associations and volunteer wherever they can. During the current pandemic, one of their Brokers has diligently made masks at home to hand out to people in need. Heidi adds, “One of our new traditions, since we are a new company, will be finding families in need to gather gifts for and shower them with love and presents over the holidays.”
