Sean and Jamie O’Leary established the South Puget Sound offices of CNS+T in Tacoma and Renton with the aim of bettering both their own lives and the lives of others in their local community. Themselves parents of three children with demanding careers, they know firsthand how difficult it is to balance parenthood, work and other life demands.

Our quality assurance program includes rigorous background checks at the city, county, state and federal levels, and professional ongoing training for all our nannies, sitters and tutors,” says Sean.
It’s on-demand booking process and custom childcare solutions for individuals, businesses and organizations are centered around meeting each client’s needs, whether it’s for a last-minute night out, corporate meeting, wedding or long-term need.
CNS+T’s commitment to customizable, flexible childcare options has never been more essential than during this time. “As routines continue to shift due to the COVID-19 crisis, a full-time, part-time or summertime nanny can help a family get back on track, or an on-demand sitter can help fill a care need on short notice,” says Jamie. “Since the start of this crisis, we have been here for the families in our community as our nannies, sitters and tutors provide an essential service amid school and daycare closures.”

Sean’s experience with CNS+T started in 2001 while he was an undergraduate at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. His college classmate, friend and founder of CNS+T Joe Keeley helped land him a summer job as a “manny” for a local family. “I soon realized I was more than a babysitter. More than a nanny even. I was a role model for the children in my care with a lasting impact that mattered,” recalls Sean.
The experience would lead to the O’Learys opening their own branch of the company after moving to Jamie’s hometown of Gig Harbor to raise their own family. Jamie’s educational background in psychology and child development, and successful career as program director for a childcare center, and later in recruiting and sales equipped her to combine her current role as part owner of the company with her passion to strengthen local families in the community where she grew up. Combined with Sean’s successful business career, this background has allowed the couple to provide The Complete Family Approach® to families in the Puget Sound area.
“Our days are spent directly recruiting, hiring and training qualified caregivers and tutors to meet our families’ needs,” says Jamie. CNS+T takes the time to listen and truly understand what each family needs. They meet directly with their clients, believing there is no better way to get to know them than in person, and work to find the ideal nanny or sitter for each family, providing ongoing support as the family and caretaker work together.
“Having the opportunity to give back to the same community where Jamie grew up and raise our family here while supporting other families through our business is the greatest joy,” says Sean. “Being a helping resource to busy parents is part of what building stronger families is all about.
